Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for wall printing services between WandKunst 360 (Provider) and
Customers.
§ 2 Description of services

The provider prints motifs (photos, logos, graphics) directly onto suitable wall surfaces using UV direct printing.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded by written order confirmation (e-mail is sufficient).

§ 4 Prices and Payment

Prices in euros plus VAT. Payments are due immediately upon invoicing without deduction.

§ 5 Implementation and obligations to cooperate

The customer ensures that the wall surface is suitable and freely accessible.

§ 6 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Minor color deviations do not constitute a defect.

§ 7 Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

§ 8 Note on image material

Some images in offers and presentations may be AI-generated and are for informational purposes only.
For demonstration and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding guarantee of the print result.

§ 9 Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Velbert, to the extent permitted by law.
