Surfaces & Printing Areas

 

1. On which surfaces is wall printing possible?

Our wall printer works on almost all materials, including:

• Concrete & plaster

• Wallpapers (incl. woodchip)

• Glass surfaces & mirrors

• Wood & MDF boards

• Tiles

• Metal or plastic surfaces (depending on coating)
  The only requirement is that the surface is stable and clean.

 

2. Are there any restrictions regarding the printing areas?
 

Yes, due to technical reasons:

• At least 30 cm distance from the floor, ceiling and the right side of the wall.

• No extremely uneven surfaces or very deep structures.

• For outdoor areas, we first check the weather resistance.

 

Print Quality & Durability

 

3. What is the printing resolution?

Up to 1200 dpi – even fine details, color gradients and small fonts can be displayed perfectly.

 

4. Are the prints permanent?

Yes! Our prints are:

• UV-resistant (no fading from sunlight)

• Scratch and abrasion resistant

• Water-repellent
  Indoors, the prints last for many years. Outdoors, durability depends on the surface and weather conditions.

 

5. Can the print be removed again?

Prints are very durable, but depending on the surface they can be painted over, sanded off or removed with suitable methods.

 

Designs & Motifs

 

6. Can I use my own design?
 

Yes, of course! We work with:

• Photos (JPG, PNG, TIFF)

• Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF)

• Logos and custom designs

7. Can I also choose designs from you?

Yes, we have access to professional image databases and can suggest suitable motifs.

 

8. What image quality is required?
 

The higher the resolution, the better the result.

 

9. Can multiple colors, gradients or 3D effects be printed?
 

Yes, our printer can reproduce almost all color combinations and smooth gradients.

 

Process & Technology

 

10. How does the printing process work?

• Consultation & motif selection

• Surface check

• Creation of a digital preview

• Setup of the wall printer on site (approx. 90 min.)

• Printing process (approx. 0.5–2 m² per hour)

• Completion & customer approval

 

11. Is there dirt or noise during printing?
 

No. The process is dust-free and quiet, not exceeding 68 dB.

 

12. How mobile is the technology?
 

Our printers are portable and fit through any standard door. We can print in offices, homes as well as at trade fairs & events.

13. How much does a wall print cost?
The price depends on:

• Size of the print

• Motif (simple or detailed)

• Surface & accessibility

• Location (indoor or outdoor)

14. Is there a minimum order?
 

Yes, the minimum order is approx. 1 m².

15. Which payment methods are available?
 

We accept invoice, bank transfer and card payment.

 

Practical Questions

 

16. Is outdoor printing possible?
 

Yes, but we first check the surface and recommend a protective seal for extra durability.

 

17. Can people stay in the room during printing?
 

Yes, the printing process is emission-free and quiet. You can remain in the room as usual.

 

18. What is the maximum print size?
 

The height is practically unlimited – we work in vertical sections. The width depends on the motif and wall size.

 

19. What happens in case of interruptions (e.g. power failure)?
 

No problem: our system saves the current progress and can continue seamlessly.
